How does the coronation of King Charles III relate to my book, Harry & Hilda: Letters Home? Funny you should ask!

Long before becoming the lupine lady, a young Hilda waved to Queen Victoria on the streets of Bristol. When she left England as a teen, Edward VII was on the throne. As a Smith College girl, she cheered George V’s 1911 coronation, months after the event, via the miracle of “moving pictures.” In letters, she celebrated the 1948 birth of Prince Charles. In 1953, she “attended” the coronation of Elizabeth II with her ear stuck to the radio for hours. And if she were here now, she’d be planning a digital watch-party, whatever her views of today royals!
